Black Crown Collection Warranty
Each Black Crown Collection product is embossed with a unique serial number to track and identify your product, while every piece in the Black Crown Collection is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. To activate your BLACK CROWN COLLECTION please register the product with PKG.
PKG Exchange and Return Policies
If you bought your PKG product from us here on the website and would like to exchange or return your product we would be happy to help you out.
If you purchased your PKG product from one of our retail partners please contact them to handle your concern.
PKG Exchange?
If you find that you need an alternate size of sleeve or bag and wish to exchange your product, we’d be happy to accommodate you!
The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning their current sleeve to us, and PKG will pay shipping charges associated with shipping out the new size within North America.
Only new product still in packaging will be accepted for return or exchange.

PKG Return?
For returns of sleeves or bags with no alternate size or colour ordered, the buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and be responsible for all shipping of product back to us at PKG.
Your account will be credited upon receipt and inspection of product back at PKG.
Only new product still in packaging will be accepted for return or exchange.
